EXPORT LICENSE
The document VLEGAL  is an Indonesian export permit which states that the raw material or wood being processed is in compliance with the LEGALITY aspect. 

Why is it called LEGAL? 

Because of the origin of the wood, logging permits, systems and procedures for processing and trading or transferring can be proven to be valid.  SVLK is one form of legal affirmation ( HARD APPROACH ) which was previously carried out by the government .
